SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING TIME FRAME
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 3–6 days.
- US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 20 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Times are higher due to COVID-19 so we ask for your patience. In these instance we advise to order expedited shipping to insure faster delivery.
- Some phone cases will ship in 2-4 days (U.S only) if product is in stock at our Colorado office.
- Oyo & Rave Sports products will be received in 6-8 business days depending on location .
RETURN POLICY
IMPORTANT: As of 10-1-2020 All Sales are Final! Returns will be given store credit. If your order was incorrect it can be exchanged for the correct item.
All orders will be shipped. Unfortunately due to covid-19 we cannot determine shipping logistics once they leave our offices, but all orders will be delivered.
