SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING TIME FRAME
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
- US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 20 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
- Some phone cases will ship in 2-4 days (U.S only) if product is in stock at our Colorado office.
- Oyo & Rave Sports products will be received in 6-8 business days depending on location .
IMPORTANT: With limited exceptions, returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a FS Finders E-Gift Card. All items with prices ending in $ .00, .96, .97, and .98 are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit.
With limited exceptions, we do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
Online Returns Policy
- U.S. Domestic - Please access our Online Returns Portal and start the returns process by purchasing a shipping label directly from us! For step-by-step instructions on how to return using the Returns Portal, please click here.
- International - Same Policy but you must cover shipping charges.
- Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date. Gift items purchased online through fsfinders.com
between November 28, 2019 and December 25, 2019 are valid for return through January 11th, 2020 or within 45 days from ship date, whichever comes later.
- Items must be unused and free of defects.
- All returns must include a return request form or packing slip. You must include your order number, if this information is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing
- When sending back items from multiple orders, please fill out a return form or packing slip from each applicable order.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.
Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge.
- We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
- We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or defective material
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Care team via the Online Request Form. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be credited, unfortunately sale items are FINAL SALE.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
